The profit before tax and interest (EBIT) was 2.4 million EUR (prev.year 2.9 million EUR). In BY 2012/13, profit after tax was 1.8 million EUR or 60 Cent per share compared to 2.2 million EUR resp. 75 Cent last year. Therefore, the managers' board suggests a dividend payment of 50 Cent per share - same as in previous years.
