BONDS

Grand City Properties S.A. (the "Company") is currently reviewing and
seeking to optimise its maturity profile. In this respect, the Company is
currently considering to negotiate with individual bondholders a pre-mature
repurchase of part of its 2% EUR 500 Million straight bonds due 2021 (ISIN
XS1130507053) of which it already holds approx. EUR 361 million in treasury.
