IBU-tec Annual General Meeting approves 0.20 Euro dividend per share for 2018

Weimar, April 30, 2019 - The shareholders of IBU-tec advanced materials AG ("IBU-tec", ISIN: DE000A0XYHT5) approved a dividend payment of 0.20 euros per share for the 2018 financial year at the Annual General Meeting, accepting the Executive and Supervisory Board proposal of EUR 0.15 per share as basic dividend and EUR 0.05 as special dividend in light of 2018's extremely positive organic and inorganic business development. This reflects an increase over FY 2017, which saw a EUR 0.13 paid.

All Annual General Meeting agenda items were adopted with more than 96 percent of the votes.
