Pool GmbH, the wholly owned subsidiary of JDC Group AG (DE000A0B9N37), announces that it has commissioned BankM - representative for flatex Bank AG - to organise a series of company representations and investor dialogues. Subject to market conditions, the issuance of a new secured five-year corporate bond is planned. The influx of funds from this issuance will be used to refinance the outstanding bond maturing in May of 2020 and to finance further growth of the JDC Group.
