DEMIRE is letting around 4,600sqm in Düsseldorf office complex

- Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture rents 1.500sqm

- New external appearance as 'TRIO Campus Heerdt' launched

- DEMIRE's active asset management pays off for tenants

Langen / Düsseldorf, 18 September 2020 - The repositioning of the office complex at Wiesenstraße 70 in the Düsseldorf district of Heerdt is progressing well: DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG (ISIN: DE000A0XFSF0) has signed leases for a total of around 4,600sqm for the building with the new name "TRIO Campus Heerdt" in Düsseldorf. Among the new tenants is the Sozialversicherung für Landwirtschaft, Forsten u. Gartenbau (SVLFG), which moved in at the end of August to just under 1,500 sqm.

With a total of eight new tenants, the vacancy rate has fallen to just under 19 percent. The current WALT of the property is 3.4 years.

The focus of the repositioning, which was developed and implemented with Pixel Brands GmbH (pxl), the strategy and creative agency, is the experience-able model office, which combines local inspection with digital impulses. Thus, expansion possibilities can be made tangible and numerous working environments tailored to the tenant and his individual needs can be presented directly in a virtual environment.

The Trio Office Campus is located in the Heerdt district of Düsseldorf. The location has a good local supply, public transport is within walking distance. The city centers of Neuss and Düsseldorf are only a few minutes' drive away, and there are also good connections to the German highway network.
