MAX Automation SE: Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court confirms court order for a special audit and appointment of a special auditor in accordance with Sec. 142 (2) AktG
Düsseldorf, 31 January 2023 – By way of resolution dated today, the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court has dismissed the appeal of MAX Automation SE against the resolution of the Düsseldorf Regional Court dated 26 July 2022 and thus confirmed the court appointment of the auditor Dr. Lars Franken, Essen, as special auditor. The subject of the special audit is the acquisition of the AIM Group by the Company in 2013. MAX Automation SE will cooperate with the special auditor in good faith.
