The actions for rescission filed under reference numbers 94 O 5/15, 100 O 3/15, 91 O 9/15 and 100 O 4/15 (in respect of the plaintiff under 1) were withdrawn on 25.02.2015 pursuant to composition arrangements concluded with the shareholders whose content will be published in the Federal Gazette.
