The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ströer SE publishes preliminary results for the third quarter of 2015 and increases its guidance for the full fiscal years 2015 and 2016 In the third quarter, revenue grew by approximately 9% year on year, rising from EUR 174.6m to EUR 189.8m. Operational EBITDA rose by just above 44% to EUR 43.4m. Adjusted net profit improved by some 94% on the prior year to EUR 19.2m. In light of the Company's performance over the last few months, the better than expected development of the Digital segment and the improved outlook for the rest of the year, Ströer SE is raising its guidance for the full fiscal year 2015 from operational EBITDA of at least EUR 180m to operational EBITDA of up to EUR 200m and organic revenue growth in the high single-digit percent range. For fiscal year 2016, the Ströer Group now anticipates revenue of between EUR 1.1b and EUR 1.2b and operational EBITDA of between EUR 270m and EUR 280m (with approximately 50% stemming from the Digital segment).
