The conclusion of this agreement lays the foundation for the worldwide deployment of Heliocentris' systems and software in the solutions of this customer. Under the agreement the customer may also purchase services for the operation and maintenance of energy systems as well as complete turnkey energy solutions from Heliocentris on a project basis. The term of the framework agreement is not restricted and it does not provide a guaranteed purchase volume. In the ongoing year, the company expects orders with a revenue volume of approximately 3m EUR from this customer. The yearly revenue potential with this customer after the ramp-up of the business is expected to be several times higher.
