With resolution dated 1 February 2017, the Local Court of Arnsberg has opened final proceedings at the German subsidiary level, approved the perpetuation of the debtor-in-possession status and appointed Dr. Rainer Eckert as final supervisor of the proceedings. The preliminary creditor committee and the preliminary supervisor explicitly supported this resolution.
