The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the context of the talks between IVG Immobilien AG (IVG or the company) and the key creditors and shareholders of the company, the timetable prepared by the company with regard to the measures necessary for the comprehensive restructuring of the company and published by ad hoc disclosure on 31 May 2013 originally intended that a proposal for the consensual restructuring of the company outside insolvency proceedings must be submitted before 20 July 2013 so that the shareholders of the company could vote on it at an Annual General Meeting of the company on 30 August 2013. On the basis of statements from the legal advisors of certain major creditors of SynLoan I, SynLoan II and the convertible bond grouped in 'ad hoc committees' on 19 July 2013 (see the company's ad hoc disclosure of 19 July 2013), the company had declared itself willing to postpone the Annual General Meeting provisionally to 12 September 2013 so that the joint restructuring proposal expected by 30 July 2013 could be presented to the shareholders of IVG in order for a resolution to be passed at this Annual General Meeting. Today, the Board of Management of the company ascertained that no such comprehensive and joint restructuring proposal has been put forward by the three abovementioned creditor groups - against the company's expectations and despite repeated appeals to the representatives of the creditor groups. Against this backdrop, the IVG Board of Management is now carefully examining whether the positive going concern forecast for IVG can continue to be upheld.
