Acceptance to the mid-size business segment followed the meeting of the Stock Exchange Committee on 5 June. The cancellation of admission to trading in the regulated market will become effective at the close of 28 June 2013, the price in the open market (m:access) at the Munich Stock Exchange will be set from 1 July 2013. The change of segment was decided with a view to lowering the cost involved in the listing. Furthermore, Funkwerk believes that the quality segment of the m:access open market is better suited to its current corporate structures, which have become notably leaner in recent years.
