In fiscal year 2012, Navigator Equity Solutions generated total sales of EUR 18.6m (2012: EUR 13.3m). Navigator's operating profit (EBITDA) amounted to EUR -0.29m (2012: EUR -4.9m). In comparison to the previous year, the result of the Navigator Group increased significantly to EUR -0.48m (2012: -4.5m). Even though both consolidated subsidiaries, IT Competence Group SE and The ACON Group SE, generated a positive contribution to earnings in 2012, the result will be slightly negative because of losses in the private equity business. The individual balance sheet items at 31. December 2012 have developed as follows: - The group's balance sheet total was down from EUR 8.0m to EUR 7.4m. - Cash and cash equivalents decreased from EUR 2.4m to EUR 1.9m. - The group's total equity was reduced from EUR 3.8m to EUR 3.4m. The group's equity ratio as of December 31, 2012 amounts to 46%.
