The Management Board had decided to conduct a buyback of own shares of up to 1,544,400 shares on the basis of the authority granted by the Annual General Meeting of June 24, 2013 during the period November 11, 2013 until the AGM 2014. It is intended that the share buyback will be conducted through a bank and exclusively on the stock exchange. The total buy back volume will depend on prevailing market conditions.
