Theodor Niehues (CEO) will take over the role on interim basis. Also the current COO, Edgar Schnorpfeil leaves the company at the end of the year, also at his own request. The supervisory board, the management and the employees of the company like to thank Mr Hartmann and Mr Schnorpfeil for their strong cooperation and the very good work during the last years.
