He will be taking over this post from the previous COO, Christian Dunkelberg, whose employment contract, which commenced in 2010, has been extended to the end of 2015 and will be assuming the function of CIO (Chief Investment Officer). As a result the company will in future be managed by a three-strong board of directors. 'We have ambitious plans for 2014,' reports Speaker of the Board Michael Haupt. 'For the last two years we have been exclusively developing and selling projects originating from our extensive project pipeline. In the coming year we will also have the capacity to handle new properties and, possibly, new locations.' Over and above this, in the current financial year ISARIA will achieve property sales for the record amount of over 100 million euros. These sales will have to be successfully realised in the next few years. Munich-born Jan von Lewinski brings over 20 years' experience in the real estate industry with him and, for the last six years, was the CEO/COO of the ANTAN Group in Frankfurt. The ANTAN Group bundles the German and overseas activities of Frankfurt-based entrepreneur Robert Faktor. Prior to this Mr von Lewinski was a member of the board and CEO of companies within the TAG group.
