DGAP-News: IMPREGLON SE / Key word(s): Final Results IMPREGLON SE: Impreglon boosts sales by 30% 27.01.2014 / 07:45 --------------------------------------------------------------------- Impreglon boosts sales by 30% Sales advance to EUR 119 MM, EBITDA to EUR 15 MM Profits still affected by one time charges After 6 Acquisitions in 2012 the number was reduced to 3 in 2014 as planned. Of the 30% sales increase (2012 EUR 91 MM) roughly 2/3 can be attributed to new acquisitions. Even though the preliminary numbers for sales and EBITDA almost exactly reached the targets for 2013 previously announced by management (sales EUR 120 MM, EBITDA EUR 16 MM) especially EBIT and EBT did not meet expectations due to special effects and/or one time charges. Essentially there are reasons: Operating costs/write offs for Ropal equipment, Obrigheim plant, BioTec exhaust air filter equipment and relocation of Lasertechnik/MBJ. Without these factors profit before taxes would be higher by EUR 3.1 MM and earnings per share would increase from EUR 0.32 to EUR 0.60. For 2014 management will focus on eliminating resp. reducing the loss producing factors. In the light of an improving economic outlook for 2014 Management expects to increase sales to approx.
