Januar 2014 - Jörg Schwagenscheidt (49), a member of the management board of GSW Immobilien AG, has decided to leave the company by mutual consent on January 31, 2014. Jörg Schwagenscheidt was jointly responsible for the entire operational business as well as for the strategic, process-related and organizational realignment of the Company since 2006. The business development resulting from the operational reorganization, as well as the successful refinancing formed the integral basis for the successful initial public offering of GSW Immobilien AG in 2011 and for the further positive development in the following years.
