The reason for the delay is the further necessary coordination with the auditors in Germany and China to clarify details regarding the sale of the ZhongDe's subsidiary "Chung Hua". As a result, ZhongDe will not publish its Annual Report on April 28, 2017 as planned, but probably by mid-June 2017. Accordingly, the publication of the interim report in 2017 as well as the Annual General Meeting will be delayed.
