The new shares created as a result of the capital increase through contribution in kind offer entitlement to dividends as of 1st January 2013. The subscription right of the shareholders of ISARIA Wohnbau AG to the new shares from the increase through contribution in kind was ruled out pursuant to Section 3 ( 4), 3rd bullet of the company statutes. The performance of the increase through contribution in kind was entered in the commercial register on 12th February 2014. The share capital of ISARIA Wohnbau AG now amounts to EUR 23,764,000.00 and consists of 23,764,000 bearer shares.
