From 1 March to 31 May 2018, SinnerSchrader earned sales revenues in the amount of 16.5 million euros. This surpassed the comparable value of the previous year by 8.9 per cent and that of the preceding second financial quarter by 2.5 per cent. In the third financial quarter of 2017/2018, the operating result (EBITA) before costs for implementation of the merger agreement with Accenture amounted to a good 2.1 million euros, just under 0.6 million euros above the comparable value of the previous year. The operating margin was 12.9 per cent in the third quarter. Over the first nine months of the current financial year the revenues totalled 47.0 million euros. This means that SinnerSchrader has increased its revenue in the financial year to date by 4.9 million euros, or 11.7 per cent, in comparison to the previous year. Before merger costs, SinnerSchrader earned an operating result in the amount of just under 4.5 million euros in this period. The operating margin was 9.5 per cent in the nine-month period. All three segments contributed to the positive development of the SinnerSchrader Group. The greatest dynamism in business development continued to be seen in the Interactive Media segment, which largely comprises the Group's content marketing business. Growth revenue was mainly earned by expanding business with existing clients, primarily from the Transport & Tourism sector. In the third quarter, and in the first nine months of 2017/2018, the costs arising from implementing the merger agreement with Accenture amounted to just under 0.4 million euros and 1.7 million euros, respectively. Taking account of these costs, the EBITA in both periods was thus 1.8 million euros and 2.8 million euros, respectively. The net income in the nine-month period came out at 1.9 million euros (adjusted for the merger costs: 3.0 million euros). On the basis of these interim results for the nine-month period, SinnerSchrader is confident that it will achieve the goals forecast for the 2017/2018 financial year, and, for the 2017/2018 financial year as a whole, expects sales revenue of 63.8 million euros, EBITA of 5.2 million euros (adjusted for the merger costs: 7.2 million euros) and net income of 3.5 million euros (adjusted: 4.9 million euros). On 31 May 2018, SinnerSchrader had liquid funds in the amount of 2.9 million euros. There were 619 employees in the SinnerSchrader Group, 83 more than on the reporting date of the previous year.
