Softing AG: Globalmatix Signs Contract with Key Account

Globalmatix AG, a 100% subsidiary of Softing AG, signed a contract with a key account customer for the delivery of hardware and services for the management of commercially used mixed brand automotive fleets. The contract initially covers a term of five years. The key account customer, a 100% subsidiary of a large German car manufacturer, will offer their customers service products for fleet management and for the remote monitoring of the vehicle, based on telemetry and diagnostic data provided by Globalmatix.
A primary reason to choose Globalmatix had been the wide number of parameters accessible, the high level of penetration safety and the fact that Globalmatix covers all aspects needed to deposit the requested data in a protected cloud.
The key account customer will start marketing and sales of its service products in late summer of 2019. Globalmatix expects more than 200.000 vehicles being connected during the term of the contract.
Globalmatix believes that this contract will be a reference and facilitator for a number of other potential customers to follow.
