Ming Le Sports AG and Grant Thornton have agreed that Grant Thornton will not be available to act as auditor for the Financial Statements due to limited personal resources of Grant Thornton. Ming Le Sports AG is currently in the process of appointing and engaging a substituent auditing company for such purpose. The new auditor will be appointed via court resolution. Furthermore, the publication of the Financial Statements 2013 is likely to be postponed by two to three months. According to preliminary calculations Ming Le has reached its full year 2013 revenue guidance of year-on-year revenue growth of 25 per cent in Euro terms.
