The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bonn, 20 March 2014 - In IVG Immobilien AG's insolvency plan proceedings, a majority of those involved approved the insolvency plan prepared by the Board of Management today at the discussion and voting meeting set by the court. All of the groups formed as part of the insolvency plan proceedings approved the insolvency plan. Within the individual groups, the insolvency plan was adopted by the creditors and shareholders either unanimously or by a large majority. The creditors approved the plan with a total of 99.47% of votes, while the shareholders approved it with 56.93% of votes. The insolvency plan now only requires confirmation by the insolvency court. The insolvency plan stipulates payment of an insolvency ratio of at least 60% to non-subordinated unsecured creditors. Former shareholders' pre-emption rights have been excluded for the capital increases planned after a capital reduction to zero. No provision has been agreed in the insolvency plan for subordinated creditors. After the insolvency plan has been confirmed by the court and has subsequently become legally effective, implementation of the capital measures is planned for mid-2014.
