Therefore, Mr. Loo resigns from his position as member and chairman of the Supervisory Board of Herlitz AG. Mr. Loo is member of the Supervisory Board of Herlitz AG since June 2010 and chairman of the Supervisory Board since June 2012. Mr. Loo has been seconded to the Management Board since 15 October 2012 by the Supervisory Board according to Sect. 105, para.2 German Securities Act. New members of the Supervisory Board shall be elected at the shareholders' meeting on 11 June 2013.
