TOM TAILOR Holding SE: Dr Gernot Lenz to become new CEO
Hamburg, 21 October 2019. With effect from 1 November 2019, Dr Gernot Lenz will take over from Dr Heiko Schäfer as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TOM TAILOR Holding SE (ISIN: DE000A0STST2). Dr Lenz was previously CEO at the s.Oliver Group. Before that, he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Tommy Hilfiger Global and PVH Europe in Amsterdam, where he was responsible among other things for digital transformation and the European e-commerce operations of the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands. Previously he had worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company.
Current CEO Dr Heiko Schäfer will resign from the Management Board on his own wishes with effect from 31 October 2019. Schäfer has been a member of the Board since December 2015 (initially as COO) and was appointed CEO in September 2016.
