Fair Value REIT-AG: New letting in the CityCenter Eisenhüttenstadt shopping centre

Graefelfing, 24 October 2019 - Fair Value REIT-AG (WKN A0MW97) successfully concluded a new letting at CityCenter Eisenhüttenstadt. The new tenant for this retail space, consisting of approx. 1,400 m², is KiK Textilien und Non-Food GmbH (KiK). The lease will be in effect for 10 years and expire in 2030.

The CityCenter shopping centre, located at Nordpassage 1 in Eisenhüttenstadt, is owned by the subsidiary BBV Immobilien-Fonds Nr. 10 GmbH & Co. and managed by IC Immobilien Group, who also brokered the lease agreement with KiK.

In his comments on the successful letting, Kevin Julian Fuhr, Member of the Managing Board of Fair Value REIT-AG, says: "This lease agreement proves the sustainability of this property location. We are very confident that we will conclude new letting agreements or extend existing agreements in the near future."
