Gateway Real Estate will propose the payment of a dividend of EUR 0.20 per share to its Annual General Meeting 2020
Frankfurt am Main, 4 December 2019. The management board and supervisory board of Gateway Real Estate AG (WKN A0JJTG / ISIN DE000A0JJTG7) today resolved to propose to its Annual General Meeting in 2020 the payment of a dividend of EUR 0.20 per share for the 2019 financial year. At the current stock market price of approximately EUR 4.00 per share, this corresponds to a dividend yield of 5%.
The dividend will be paid if a corresponding resolution is passed by the Annual General Meeting in 2020.
