The Supervisory Board also passed a resolution to delegate Supervisory Board Chairman Dr. Uwe Ganzer - pursuant to Section 105 (2) of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) - to the Management Board as deputy for the Management Board Chairman (CEO) who is stepping down. This delegation is initially limited until December 31, 2014, and can be extended by a Supervisory Board resolution up to a maximum of one year.
