"This means that the company has recorded positive earnings for the second successive year," explained Michael Haupt, Spokesman of ISARIA Wohnbau AG's Executive Board. The company's operating earnings are also positive at EUR 3.0 million (previous year: EUR 12.6 million), despite lower revenues. During the last quarter of 2013, the company had to push back the handovers of many apartments due to delays in public development activities, and its revenues were EUR 21.1 million lower than in the same quarter of the previous year. In total, revenues amounted to EUR 37.7 million in 2013 (previous year: EUR 79.2 million). Substantial improvement in equity The Group now has equity of EUR 13.6 million (previous year: EUR 3.0 million) after the positive earnings for the year, a capital increase performed in 2013 and further measures to reinforce capital. ISARIA Wohnbau AG in its individual financial statements has equity of EUR 22.4 million (previous year: EUR 13.9 million), and the equity ratio for the parent company now totals a solid 30% (previous year: 21%). Individual sales figures break records Notarised sales in fiscal year 2013 increased again substantially compared to the previous year, which was also excellent. The notarised sales volume recorded in 2013 with individual sales of apartments and houses totalled EUR 111 million (previous year: EUR 90 million) and has thus hit a new all-time high. This figure is thus up by a good 20% compared to the previous year's figure; at the same time, it also exceeded the previous record-breaking figure from 2010 by around EUR 13 million. "These sales mean that we have not only already got almost 100% of the sales planned for 2014 in our books, but already have almost 50% of the sales forecast for next year (2015) on our books. That means that it is easy to forecast our earnings," commented Mr. Haupt. Outlook 2014 Lower revenues with simultaneous sales records in 2013 have caused the order book to grow to EUR 113 million at the start of 2014, which means that this has more than doubled compared to the previous year (EUR 53 million). This already allowed revenues of EUR 27.3 million to be realized in the first three months of 2014 according to preliminary figures (previous year: EUR 4.1 million). Michael Haupt forecasts: "This perfect start means that we can once again expect a substantial improvement in earnings for 2014 as a whole compared to the previous year."
