ROY Asset Holding SE sells Kirby Interchange in Houston/Texas
February 20, 2020, Hungen - ROY Asset Holding SE (WKN RYSE88, ISIN DE000RYSE888) today signed an agreement for the sale of Kirby Interchange, a flexible-use commercial space in Houston, Texas. The selling price is USD 35 million, which is significantly above plan.
ROY Asset Holding SE acquired the property in August 2017 at a purchase price of USD 24.8 million. The expected return on equity on the leased space was initially approximately 11.9% p.a. During the holding period of the property, further investments were made, thus increasing the return on equity to approximately 17.5% p.a. over the holding period.
