Guaranteed by Celesio AG (ISIN DE000A1GPH50, WKN A1GPH5) Celesio Finance B.V. hereby gives notice that it makes use of its right to redeem all outstanding Convertible Bonds of its 2.50% convertible bonds due 7 April 2018 (ISIN DE000A1GPH50, WKN A1GPH5) pursuant to § 5(c) of the terms and conditions of the Bonds. The aggregate principal amount of the Bonds outstanding is less than 15% of the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds originally issued. The Call Redemption Date is 12 May 2014. The Bonds will be redeemed on 12 May 2014 at their Principal Amount (i.e. EUR 100,000 per Bond) plus interest accrued as of the end of the day immediately preceding the Call Redemption Date (i.e. EUR 239.73 per Bond).
