As already reported on March 25, 2014, earnings per UMS share in 2013 were at 52 Cent and the group-wide sales according to IFRS accounting regulations at 39,8 Mio. Euro. For the current business year UMS expects earnings and sales to be on prior year level and 50 to 55 Cent for the earnings per share. This said under the assumption of an exchange rate on current level of 1,38 Euro per Dollar. The management board and the supervisory board will suggest to the annual shareholders' meeting in Hamburg on June 4, 2014 that the company distribute a dividend of 55 cents per share.
