Muehlhan AG announces new date for Annual General Meeting on June 18, 2020

Hamburg, April 29, 2020-Muehlhan AG (Open Market; ISIN DE000A0KD0F7) hereby gives notice that its Annual General Meeting will be held on the new date of Thursday, June 18, 2020, at 11:00 a.m.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Annual General Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting without the physical presence of shareholders or their proxies to protect shareholders and staff.

The Annual General Meeting will therefore not take place on May 19, 2020, as originally announced, but on the new date of June 18, 2020, as a virtual Annual General Meeting.

Further details will be provided in the invitation to the Annual General Meeting, which will be published in the electronic version of the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) by May 8, 2020, at the latest.
