Consequently, the correct text of the Press Release is the follows: Matica Technologies Group (MTG), a leading international ID solutions provider, reports the following audited figures for the fiscal year 2013 ended December 31, 2013. 2013FY Revenues: EUR 30.3 million (+2.0% yoy) 2013FY EBIT: EUR 1.0 million (+67% yoy) 2013FY PBT: EUR 0.9 million (+50% yoy) 2013FY Net Profit: EUR 0.3 million (0% yoy) Matica Technologies AG (D7S.GR) reports the following 2013FY figures: In 2013, Matica Technologies continues on the path of profitability and harvests the fruit of restructuring and reorientation: total revenues are at almost EUR 30.3 million (+2.0% yoy) with gross margin of 33.5% slightly under the 2012FY margin of 35.5%. Including Other Income the gross margin is up to 37.9% versus 37.6% in 2012FY. The EBIT reached EUR 1.0 million and exceeds the 2012FY EBIT by impressive 67%. The major positive effects come from the cost reduction measures, especially at the company's headquarters in Esslingen, Germany, and from other income generated from various sources for a total of EUR 1.1 million. The consolidated statements show a net profit almost equal to 2012FY in the amount of EUR 0.3 million, while the profit before taxes has increased from EUR 0.5 million in 2012FY to EUR 0.9 million in 2013FY.
