Asset Impact GmbH, Munich, has certified Your Family Entertainment AG (YFE) (WKN A161N1; ISIN DE000A161N14) to act sustainably in its current report dated November 6th, 2020.

The core business of Your Family Entertainment AG "YFE AG" "is sustainable and has a high "Sustainable Impact". Children and families all over the world are offered only high-quality, non-violent and educationally valuable content, which underscores the Company's educational mission. YFE is currently pursuing a cash capital increase with subscription rights. With a subscription ratio of 10: 1, shareholders are offered up to 1,029,545 new shares at a subscription price of EUR 1.40 each; the option of additional subscriptions is available.

In the event of a full placement, YFE would receive gross proceeds of around EUR 1.44 million. The use of funds is the expansion of digital sales platforms and channels (e.g. via apps, own online channels, etc.), the further development of opportunities in the growth market "streaming/video-on-demand" (e.g. via development of digital direct sales systems etc.) and strengthening the equity base.
