During the first three months of 2014, revenue was up by 1.8% year-on-year to reach EUR 73.3 million, and operating EBITDA grew 3.4% to EUR 6.1 million (previous year: EUR 5.9 million). Quarterly earnings are impacted by extraordinary items consisting of consultancy costs for the originally planned acquisition of the PHÖNIX Group, and settlement payments for Management Board members and other staff who have left the company.
