As already announced together with the 2013 figures, this figure was impacted by the postponement of apartment hand-overs that had been scheduled for the last quarter of 2013. However, according to IFRS accounting standards, the bulk of the margin for this particular project was already taken directly to equity in the 2013 consolidated financial statements. In spite of this, it was still possible to increase EBIT to EUR 2.9 million compared to Q1 2013 (EUR 2.0 million). Inclusion of One Group The quarterly financial statements as of 31 March 2014 include the earnings of One Group GmbH, Hamburg and its subsidiaries for the first time. One Group's business was also on schedule in the first three months of 2014. "Via the ProReal Deutschland Fonds 3 One Group constantly provides financing for our attractive construction and development projects," explained Michael Haupt, Spokesman for ISARIA Wohnbau AG. During the period under review, One Group already contributed a positive financial result of EUR 0.5 million. Consolidated earnings after taxes in the first quarter of 2014 totalled EUR -0.4 million (Q1 2013: EUR -0.3 million). Outlook for 2014 "In the coming months of the current fiscal year, we will focus on successfully processing our current strong order book," commented Mr. Haupt. The company is upholding its forecast for consolidated earnings in the medium single-digit million range for 2014 as a whole.
