This means that new authorised capital is once again available. On the same day, the company published the notice by its founder, Josef Kastenberger, that he had sold his approx. 22% interest in the company. These shares were no longer represented at the general meeting. The company assumes that, as a result, its free float will total at least 55% in the foreseeable future. In addition, larger interests will continue to be by seven institutional investors and family offices in Germany and abroad.
