Increase in forecast
Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime Standard of Deutsche Börse AG announces the following:
For the period January to October 2021, the Einhell Group generated revenues of around € 770 million in comparison with the previous year of € 600.1 million.
Despite high prices for sea freight and increased raw material prices, the business continued to develop well. The positive development causes the Board of Directors to increase the forecast. The BoD expects revenues of around € 880 million (previous: € 830 million to € 850 million) and a pre-tax yield of around 8.5 % (previous: 8.0 %) for financial year 2021, now. The further development of the corona pandemic continues to lead to uncertainties, which could have an unpredictable effect on the procurement markets and sales markets.
The quarterly report including figures as at September 30, 2021 will be published as scheduled on November 18, 2021.
