Alzchem Group AG: Increase of free float to 47.5%

Trostberg, November 17, 2021 - The shareholder LIVIA Corporate Development SE ("LIVIA") has informed Alzchem Group AG that it sold shares on November 16, 2021, thereby reducing its shareholding in the company to now 24.99% of the shares. The largest single shareholder has thus relinquished its constitutive blocking minority. In addition, LIVIA has stated that a further sale of shares in Alzchem Group AG is not intended.

Alzchem Group AG welcomes both the increase in the free float to 47.5% and LIVIA's continued commitment to the company. It is convinced that both will have a positive effect on the perception of Alzchem shares on the capital market.
