Traumhaus AG secures major project in expansion region North Expansion strategy works
Traumhaus AG follows announcements with actions: In Hemmingen/Hanover the Wiesbadener enterprise bought a property of approximately 34,600 square meters and there as planned, 71 row and double houses as well as 42 dwellings will establish.
"With this major project with a sales volume of EUR 45 million, we are finally transforming the northern region from an expansion region to one of our fixed project development areas," notes Traumhaus CEO Otfried Sinner.
Traumhaus AG had announced this year to establish itself within the next three years in all important sales markets in Germany. Lower Saxony and Bremen already count to it. While the industrialization, automation, digitalization and increased productivity of the construction industry are advancing rapidly, CEO Otfried Sinner is positioning Traumhaus as an "active, forward-looking contributor to this change," not least through the company's investment in its own precast plant in Kruft.

The dream house AG, created 1993 with seat in Wiesbaden, is an experienced offerer for innovative settlement concepts and serial building in massif building method. The enterprise covers the entire creation of value chain: of property purchase (starting from 3,500 square meter) and project development over building and marketing up to the following support of the real estates. The guiding principle is: "We have the solution for affordable housing!" The key success factor for this is the sophisticated standardization of all process steps. Since August 2018, the company has been listed on the Munich Stock Exchange in the m:access market segment, as well as in over-the-counter trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and in Xetra trading.
