GESCO specifies sales and raises earnings forecast for financial year 2021

Wuppertal, 18 November 2021 - Given the expectations for the remainder of the year, the Executive Board of GESCO AG ("GESCO") has specified the target range for sales and raised the target range for earnings for financial year 2021.

The guidance for financial year 2021, which was raised on 17 August 2021, forecast Group sales of between € 465 million and € 485 million, along with Group net income after minority interest of € 20 million to € 22 million (both target ranges before M&A activities and without changes to the scope of consolidation).

GESCO now expects Group sales at the upper end of the unchanged range of between € 465 million and € 485 million, along with Group net income after minority interest of between € 22 million to € 24 million at Group level for financial year 2021 (both target ranges before M&A activities and without changes to the scope of consolidation, as previously announced).

Publication of the business figures for the first nine months of 2021, as well as additional information, is scheduled for 19 November 2021.
