December 22, 2021, Karlsruhe (Germany) - Today, asknet Solutions AG (Ticker symbol: ASKN, ISIN: DE000A2E3707, WKN: A2E370) has been informed that following the acquisition of shares from the existing shareholder, Garage Italia Finance S.à r.l., Le Nouveau Holdings Inc. is now holding 72.98% of the shares in asknet Solutions AG.

Having subscribed to 1,132,772 shares of asknet Solutions AG in the course of the capital increase conducted in November 2021, Le Nouveau Holdings Inc. has now acquired further 1,252,741 shares, leading to a holding stake of 2,385,513 shares of asknet Solutions AG, thus becoming the majority shareholder.
