Strong leasing results in Ratingen and Essen

Hamburg, January 17, 2022 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in Ratingen and a lease extension in Essen.

alstria has signed a new long-term lease for its property at Berliner Strasse 91 in Ratingen. The tenant will lease 1,700 square meters of office and ancillary space for a term of 10 years. The annual rental income will be around EUR 268,000. The lease will start in the second half of 2022 and was brokered by Anteon Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG.

In addition, a lease for around 30,300 square meters of office space at Alfredstrasse 234-238 in Essen was prematurely extended. Following this extension, the building is now fully occupied until December 2026.
