Kerstin Müller-Kirchhofs (55), GESCO AG's CFO responsible for finance and investor relations, is leaving the Company. She will not extend her Executive Board contract, which expires on 30 April 2022, for another term. "I am leaving GESCO for purely personal reasons and wish the entire GESCO team continued success in implementing the NEXT LEVEL strategy," said Kerstin Müller-Kirchhofs.

"We would like to sincerely thank Ms Müller-Kirchhofs for her outstanding work over the past three years. Ms Müller-Kirchhofs joined GESCO in a phase of upheaval and has made a significant contribution to the repositioning and very positive development of GESCO Group in recent years. The package of measures as part of the NEXT LEVEL strategy is increasingly taking effect and allowed GESCO to raise its business development forecast twice in the past financial year. GESCO Group's financial position has been strengthened sustainably. Ms Müller-Kirchhofs has successfully developed the areas for which she is responsible and GESCO AG is in a better overall position today than ever before," says Klaus Möllerfriedrich, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GESCO AG. "We regret her departure and wish Ms Müller-Kirchhofs a continued successful career."
