Jürgen Pampel Recalled as Member of the Management Board of Voltabox AG

Paderborn, March 16, 2022 - Today, the Supervisory Board of Voltabox AG ["Voltabox" or the "Company" or the "Company"; ISIN DE000A2E4LE9] resolved by mutual agreement with Jürgen Pampel that he will be removed from the Company's Management Board with immediate effect.

The Supervisory Board appointed Patrick Zabel as the new CEO of the company. In the past, Patrick Zabel was already a member of the Management Board as CFO.
