  • Tamaris flagship store complements shopping experience alongside anchor tenants SiNN and Saturn

Cologne, 27 April 2022 - VERIANOS SE (ISIN: DE000A0Z2Y48), a real estate private equity company active throughout Europe, announces the conclusion of a long-term lease agreement for 12 years in the "La Vie" in Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe. The tenant is the "aachener" group (TEH Textilhandel GmbH, Dortmund), which will operate its first Tamaris flagship store on an area of over 500 sqm on the ground floor of the shopping centre on the highly frequented Louisenstrasse. From the opening at the beginning of May, a selection of bags and the selectively distributed NEWD.Tamaris premium footwear collection will be presented alongside a comprehensive range of shoes.
