The admission is expected on 15 August 2014. At the beginning of the year, the Company issued 3 million new shares for a contribution-in-kind consisting of all the shares in One Group GmbH registered in Hamburg. 1.5 million of these new shares are now intended to be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurter Stock Exchange with simultaneous admission to the sub-segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with special post-admission obligations (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
