Besides, on 29 August 2014 the merger agreement between Realtime Technology Aktiengesellschaft as transferring entity and 3DS Acquisition AG as acquiring entity was notarized. This agreement contains the statement that in connection with the merger, a squeeze-out of the minority shareholders of Realtime Technology Aktiengesellschaft shall take place.
